Daily Action 6.5.17

Officially, over 3,000 Nashville school children have no permanent housing (the true number is more like 8,000), but the budget is not providing even enough to keep up with the over 4,500 rental units we have lost in the last 2 years. Come join us at Metro Council’s public hearing tomorrow, June 6 at 6 (or write your council person) to let them know we must care for Nashville’s most vulnerable residents! (Public hearing begins at 6:30, but get there early if you want seats.)
