Hunter is a recent graduate of the University of South Dakota, earning a degree in Political Science. He will be completing his Masters of Public Administration and a certificate in Nonprofit Management in May 2019 at USD. Hunter has had the fortunate opportunity of serving with an organization called Alternative Week of Off-campus Learning (AWOL) where he was able to serve with several organizations similar to Open Table Nashville and experience many different perspectives about people experiencing homelessness. Open Table Nashville’s mission and radical hospitality are what drew him to the organization. He is eager to explore nonprofit management and build his leadership skills while working with a high quality team throughout the summer.
Kate recently graduated with a degree in psychology from Oberlin College and is working with Open Table Nashville for a year before starting grad school for social work. She wants to be a therapist someday to help folks reclaim agency over and find peace in their bodies.
Stephanie is serving for a year with Open Table Nashville through the AmeriCorps VISTA program.
