Kim offers spiritual support and her presence to our friends experiencing homelessness as an Intern Street Chaplain. Having served as a volunteer staff member at a Progressive Church, and most recently as part of the start up team of a Nashville non-profit, Kim serves Open Table Nashville as a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) intern within the St. Thomas/Nashville CPE Partnership. Kim was an Executive Chef for many years and loves welcoming people to the warmth of sacred space around the table. Kim is actively involved in social gastronomy (using hospitality for personal transformation and social change). She is a voracious reader and student of theology. Kim is also passionate about throwing pots on the potter’s wheel in the Japanese tradition.
Georgia is a social work student at Belmont University. She first became involved with Open Table after Lindsey came to speak to one of her classes about the affordable housing crisis in Nashville.
Peyton Williams is a second year graduate student at Vanderbilt Divinity School.
Stephanie is serving for a year with Open Table Nashville through the AmeriCorps VISTA program.
