Lauren Plummer has been an Outreach and Housing Coordinator at OTN since she joined the team in 2011. She is pursuing a Masters of Theological Education as a Brandon Scholar at Vanderbilt Divinity School. Lauren is a member of the Nashville Greenlands Catholic Worker community, Glendale Baptist Church, Homes For All Nashville, and is currently a Movement Chaplain resident through the Justice Ministry Education program through Auburn Seminary and Faith Matters Network. She finds joy in organizing with people to fight for dignity and human rights, feeding friends, making movement art, and reading poetry. Email Lauren at: email@example.com
Lindsey has been doing homeless outreach, housing advocacy, and community organizing in Nashville since 2007. She was ordained in 2013 and also serves as a street chaplain. She is passionate about education and can be found in tent cities, washing feet on the streets, leading groups around downtown, and foraging for native herbs and plants.
In her free time Elizabeth can be found hiking with her husband and two rescue pups, hanging with her backyard flock of chickens or trying to keep her tomato plants alive.
Sarah is serving for a year with Open Table Nashville through the AmeriCorps VISTA program.
