Lisa Avrit started volunteering with Open Table Nashville in 2015, served on the board, and when the opportunity arose to join the staff full-time as the Operations Coordinator, jumped at the chance. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, hiking and playing outdoors.
Ingrid is inspired by heroes like Desmond Tutu, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Dorothy Day and strives to imitate their dedication to justice for the marginalized and love for all.
Judy Ives serves as a volunteer working with the chaplains. She visits with our friends that have found permanent housing providing spiritual support and friendship.
Whitney developed a love for justice, eventually becoming a member and taking on leadership positions in the Nashville Feminist Collective, Christ the King Catholic Church, Workers’ Dignity, and the Nashville chapter of Black Lives Matter.
